Connecting Reputable to Cliniko
Setting up Reputable is fully managed by our team.
Before you begin
You’ll need:
• An active Cliniko account.
• An administrator login for your Cliniko account.
How it works
1. Book a short onboarding call with Reputable.
2. We’ll guide you through creating a Cliniko API key (takes around two minutes).
3. Securely provide the API key to us during onboarding.
4. We’ll connect your Cliniko account and configure your Google review automation.
5. We’ll test the integration before activating review requests.
No additional software needs to be installed and no ongoing maintenance is required from your team.
